Gozney aimed to transform their outdated, inconsistent email design system into a refined, modular solution that would elevate brand communication and help to reinforce their already strong brand presence. The objective was to create a flexible, cohesive system that could be seamlessly integrated and used consistently without losing engagement.

We conducted a competitive audit to identify best-in-class practices for Gozney’s needs. We developed options for five core templates, ensuring adaptability for campaigns, products, recipes, post-purchase, and promotions. Our final design system featured cohesive modules that balanced brand consistency with flexibility.

The result was a streamlined, visually cohesive email system that maintained Gozney’s brand identity while enhancing engagement. Each template led readers through focused content, encouraged interaction, and provided clear next steps. By aligning templates with communication goals and reducing complexity, we were able to create compelling consumer experiences that connected across channels and strengthened brand loyalty.
